Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Most orders that are received and processed before 1pm Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are scheduled to be selected, packed, and despatched for delivery (Monday to Friday), and can be delivered at any time between 08:00 and to 18:00. Therefore orders that are taken, received and processed on a Friday before 1pm will generally be delivered the following Week (excluding Bank Holidays), and orders received on a Friday after 1pm or on a Saturday or Sunday will leave the warehouse on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

We will notify you if the delivery of your order will take longer than 3 working days.

Standard delivery does not guarantee next day delivery though every effort is made by us and our delivery partners.   

We are reliant on our third party delivery partners and their service to us, and whilst we make every effort to maintain our delivery expectations and implore them to do the same, very occasionally for reasons beyond our control our delivery partners may not deliver on the appointed day. This though is an extremely rare occurrence and we do not and cannot accept any responsibility for this. Nor can we be held responsible in any way for late delivery of a product or products. Any costs that may be incurred by a customer through late delivery are solely the customer's responsibility, and we strongly recommend that customers should make sure that ALL items ordered have been delivered BEFORE engaging installation trades or contractors.

This comprehensive delivery service is FREE, with the exception of orders under £100.00 ex VAT where a nominal charge of £10.00 plus VAT will be levied per consignment, with any quantity of goods. For an additional small charge you do have the option of upgrading your delivery service to a Next Working Day delivery, a before 12:00 noon delivery or a Saturday delivery. 

All consignments are tracked and for security require a signature on delivery; this guarantees the secure delivery and safe passage of your goods.

Our shopping cart defaults to Mainland UK next working day delivery. If you require a special delivery simply change the Delivery Option as required. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated. 

 

RETURNED or DAMAGED GOODS 

(a) The Company will refund or replace at no extra cost any products damaged before or on delivery, providing you notify us by telephone or in writing within 2 days of receipt of any such damaged goods.
(b) We will replace at no extra cost any products which have been lost in transit providing you notify us by telephone or in writing within 2 days of us receiving your order or the delivery date of the products, whichever shall be the later.
(c) Cancellation
The buyer has the right to a fourteen-day cooling off period, commencing the day after goods are received, in which to cancel their order for whatever reason. Should the customer choose to exercise these rights they must return any goods supplied to them.
Before goods are returned, you must contact us to obtain a Goods Return Form, which must be completed and returned to us before an Authorisation Number will be issued. No goods will be accepted unless an authorisation number has been issued by Ezheat.
Your money will be refunded (by the same method as payment), less the initial delivery costs*, within 30 days of cancellation. You are responsible for the returning of the goods to us.
After 15 days of delivery, a handling charge of 15% will be applied for the returning of unused goods.
After 30 days of delivery, unused goods can only be accepted at the descretion of the company and a minimum handing charge of 40% 
No refunds will be permitted for goods returned which are not returned in the original undamaged packaging and in perfect/ re sellable condition complete with all manuals & accessories supplied with the original kits.
Should goods be returned without the security seals intact, the goods will be subject to a re-testing procedure and the buyer will be advised of the associated charge.
* Delivery costs are calculated at £10.00 ex VAT for the 1st 10Kg and £0.50 ex VAT for every 1Kg in excess of the 10Kg.
