The ThermoSphere Decoupling & Underfloor Heating Membrane is an evolution of traditional membrane electric underfloor heating systems. The self-adhesive version eliminates the need for separate tile adhesive — the membrane bonds directly to the subfloor using the strongest self-adhesive backing available in the UK. Please note: the self-adhesive version is suitable for ply and chipboard surfaces only.

This 15m² roll is the complete full roll, 1 metre wide and 6mm thick, giving you a generous coverage area for larger rooms. The patented polypropylene membrane features rounded square-shaped dimples that form channels specifically designed to hold ThermoSphere heating cables in place at variable spacing — allowing you to dial in your required output (W/m²). An anchoring fleece on the underside ensures a secure bond to the substrate.

As a combined decoupling layer and electric underfloor heating base in one product, ThermoSphere membrane protects your tiled floor from cracks and movement caused by challenging substrates, while providing a warm and comfortable finish underfoot.
