Shipping policy
Order Processing & Dispatch
Most orders received and processed before 1:00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are scheduled to be selected, packed, and dispatched the same day. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday and may arrive at any time between 08:00 and 18:00.
Orders processed on a Friday before 1:00pm will generally be delivered the following week (excluding Bank Holidays). Orders received after 1:00pm on a Friday, or on a Saturday or Sunday, will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
If the delivery of your order is expected to take longer than 3 working days, we will notify you.
Delivery Services
Standard delivery does not guarantee next-day delivery, although every effort is made by us and our delivery partners to meet delivery expectations.

Our shopping cart defaults to Mainland UK next working day delivery. Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the delivery option selected.
Delivery Charges
Standard delivery is FREE for orders over £100.00 ex VAT.
For orders under £100.00 ex VAT, a delivery charge of £10.00 plus VAT per consignment will apply.
Delivery costs may also be calculated based on weight:

£0.50 ex VAT for each additional 1kg
Delivery Partners & Delays
We use third-party delivery partners to deliver your order. While every effort is made to meet delivery timescales, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
We strongly recommend that all goods are received before arranging installation or engaging tradespeople or contractors.
Tracking & Receipt
All consignments are tracked and require a signature on delivery to ensure secure receipt of goods.
